What’s Included in Every Concert Ride
Every concert ride runs on the same standard — whether it’s a 20,000-seat arena show at Moda Center or a 200-person set at Mississippi Studios.

Pre-Show Curbside Drop-Off
Your driver drops you at the venue entrance — not a parking garage two blocks away. Walk straight to the door while your driver stages for pickup.
Post-Show Staged Pickup
Your driver stages near the venue exit 10 minutes before estimated show end. One text and they pull up. No surge, no standing in a rideshare queue with 18,000 other people.
Flat-Rate Pricing
Your rate is locked at booking. After a sold-out Moda Center show, while Uber surges 3×, your car is already there at the price you confirmed days ago.
Late-Night Availability
Show runs late? Encore at 11:30? After-party across town? Your driver adjusts. We run until you’re home — no cutoff, no ‘no cars available’ screen.
Dinner + Show Combo
Pre-show dinner at Canard, the concert at the Schnitzer, nightcap at a Pearl District bar — one flat quote covers every stop. Your driver follows the night’s plan.
Concert Ride Rates
All rates are round-trip, private, door-to-door (1–2 passengers). Pre-show drop-off and post-show staged pickup included. Additional passengers: +$10/person.

Concert Transportation Services We Provide
One ride or a full season — we cover everything from a single arena show to a recurring concert account, all with the same pre-show drop-off and post-show staged pickup.

Arena & Stadium Shows
Major touring acts, 10,000–20,000 seat shows. Curbside drop-off, staged post-show pickup on NE Multnomah or SW Morrison. Skip the Rose Quarter garage and the Providence Park gridlock.
Theater & Performing Arts
Oregon Symphony, touring Broadway, Portland Opera, comedy specials. Drop-off on SW Broadway, staged pickup on SW Main or SW Clay after curtain. The Schnitzer and Keller are 2 blocks apart — we serve both nightly.
Intimate Venue & Club Shows
Portland’s mid-size music venues — 200 to 1,500 capacity. Limited or no venue parking makes private transportation the smart choice. We stage on the side street and text when we’re pulled up.
Outdoor Festivals & Summer Series
McMenamins Edgefield summer concerts, Oregon Zoo amphitheater series, Waterfront Blues Festival, and PDX Live at Pioneer Courthouse Square. We drop off at the venue entrance and stage for post-show pickup.
Dinner + Concert Combo
Pre-show dinner at Departure, Le Pigeon, or Kann — then the concert — then home or a nightcap. Multi-stop evening on one flat quote, your driver follows the plan.
Season & Recurring Concert Accounts
Oregon Symphony subscribers, Trail Blazers season ticket holders, and regular concertgoers lock in a preferred driver, priority scheduling, and monthly invoicing. One call to your coordinator for every show.
How Your Concert Ride Works
This is where rideshare ruins concert nights — 11 PM surge pricing, 20-minute waits in a crowd of 18,000, and a driver who cancels twice. Here’s how we handle it.

Step 1 — Book Your Ride With Venue, Show Date & Estimated End Time
Tell us the venue, show date, and approximate end time. We confirm a flat round-trip quote, your driver’s name, and vehicle by text.
Step 2 — Pre-Show Pickup at Your Door, Curbside Drop-Off at the Venue
Your driver arrives at your home, hotel, or restaurant 15 minutes early. Direct route to the venue, curbside drop-off at the main entrance. Walk straight in.
Step 3 — Your Driver Stages Near the Venue Before the Show Ends
Your driver positions near the venue exit 10 minutes before estimated end time. Encore runs late? Your driver adjusts — text when you’re walking out.
Step 4 — Post-Show Pickup — One Text and Your Car Pulls Up
Text your driver as you exit. They pull up to the pickup zone within 2 minutes. No app refresh, no surge screen, no standing on the curb.

Concert Ride Pickups From Every Portland Neighborhood
We pick up from every Portland address — downtown hotels, NE homes, SE apartments, suburban residences. Your address is your pickup.
Downtown Portland & the Pearl District
Downtown hotels and Pearl District condos are closest to the performing arts venues. Even so, a black car beats walking 6 blocks in heels after a late show.
NE & SE Portland
Inner eastside homes and apartments. Revolution Hall on SE Stark, Wonder Ballroom on NE Russell, and Aladdin on SE Milwaukie are neighborhood venues — but parking is brutal.
Rose Quarter & Lloyd District
Moda Center is 10 minutes from most NE/SE addresses. Post-show Rose Quarter traffic makes a staged pickup worth twice the price of a parking pass.
NW Portland & Nob Hill
NW 23rd dinner followed by the Schnitzer or Crystal Ballroom. Your driver picks up at the restaurant, drops at the venue, and stages for post-show return home.
Beaverton, Lake Oswego & South Metro
30–45 minutes to Moda Center or downtown venues. A round-trip concert ride costs less than parking + bridge tolls + the frustration of I-5 after a sellout.
Vancouver WA
Clark County residents heading to Portland shows. Cross I-5 or I-205 at no cross-river surcharge. Your driver handles the bridge traffic so you enjoy the ride.

Portland Concert Venues We Serve
We’ve staged at every Portland concert venue. Here’s exactly where your driver drops you off and where they’ll be waiting when the show ends.
Moda Center
Portland’s largest venue. Drop-off at the main entrance on N Center Court. Post-show pickup staged on NE Multnomah — east of the Garden Garage exit, away from the pedestrian crush.
Providence Park
Downtown stadium. Drop-off on SW Morrison, staged post-show pickup on SW 20th Avenue. Skip the Goose Hollow MAX station crowd and the parking garage line.
Arlene Schnitzer Concert
The Schnitz. Drop-off at the SW Broadway marquee entrance. Post-show staged pickup on SW Main Street — one block south, away from the Broadway pedestrian flow.
Keller Auditorium
Portland Opera and Oregon Ballet Theatre home base. Drop-off on SW 3rd, staged pickup on SW Clay Street after curtain. Two blocks from the Schnitzer.
Crystal Ballroom
Portland’s iconic music hall. Drop-off on W Burnside at 14th, staged pickup on NW 14th Avenue. No venue parking — a private ride is the only stress-free option.
Revolution Hall
Converted high school auditorium with rooftop bar. Drop-off on SE Stark, staged pickup on SE 13th. Limited street parking makes private transportation essential.
Roseland Theater
1,400-capacity standing venue. Drop-off on W Burnside, staged pickup on NW 6th. Late shows often run past midnight — your driver stays.
Wonder Ballroom
550–700 capacity in a converted church hall. Drop-off and pickup on NE Russell. Neighborhood parking fills fast on show nights.
McMenamins Edgefield
Outdoor amphitheater 20 minutes east of Portland on I-84. 3,000-capacity field. We drop off at the main Edgefield entrance and stage in the south lot for post-show return.
Mississippi Studios
Portland’s musician’s venue. Drop-off and pickup on N Mississippi. Grab dinner at the attached Bar Bar before the show — your driver stages on the block.

What Makes a Concert Ride Different From a Standard Trip
A concert ride isn’t just A-to-B — it’s timed to a show schedule, staged for a crowd exit, and priced against 11 PM surge. Here’s what sets it apart.

Show-Timed Staging
We track setlist timing and venue history. Your driver positions based on typical show end time — not the time printed on your ticket, which is always early.
Venue-Specific Pickup Zones
Moda Center on NE Multnomah, Schnitzer on SW Main, Revolution Hall on SE 13th, Crystal Ballroom on NW 14th. Your driver is at the right door, not the wrong block.
Post-Show Surge Protection
After a Moda Center sellout, Uber surges 2–3× for 45 minutes. Your rate was confirmed at booking. The post-show price is the pre-show price.
After-Party Flexibility
Show’s over but the night isn’t? Tell your driver to take you to a bar, a late-night restaurant, or a friend’s place. Multi-stop flexibility at your quoted rate.

Concert Ride vs. Uber/Lyft vs. Driving & Parking — The Post-Show Reality
Three ways to get home after a concert in Portland. Two of them fall apart the moment 18,000 people hit their phones at the same time.
Rideshare After a Sellout
At 10:45 PM after a Moda Center sellout, every rideshare app surges. You’re standing in the Rose Quarter crowd refreshing the screen while drivers cancel and ETAs climb. Our driver is already staged on NE Multnomah.
Driving & Parking
You pay $20–$40 for parking, sit in a garage exit line for 30–45 minutes, and one person doesn’t drink. A round-trip concert ride costs the same as parking and saves you the headache.
Private Concert Ride
Your driver drops you at the entrance, stages before the show ends, and pulls up within 2 minutes of your text. No surge, no garage, no designated driver debate.
