We monitor your flight from booking to pickup and adjust your schedule automatically if your flight is delayed or cancelled.
Ski Gear, Bikes & Outdoor Equipment
Skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, golf clubs, kayak paddles, and coolers all ride in the cargo at no extra charge. Bend demands it.

Same flat rate, same private service — we track your PDX arrival and meet you at baggage claim with a name sign.
We Meet You at PDX Baggage Claim With a Name Sign
After landing, proceed to PDX lower-level baggage claim. Your driver is already tracking your flight and will be waiting with your name — no hunting, no confusion.

Bend to PDX Route — Drive Time, Roads & What to Expect
Bend is approximately 165 miles from PDX — a 3 to 3.5-hour drive with two primary route options depending on season and conditions.
US-97 North to US-26 West Over Mt. Hood
The most scenic option — US-97 N through Madras, then US-26 W over Mt. Hood and through the Mt. Hood Corridor to Portland. Best May through October.
US-97 North to I-84 via Biggs Junction
When Mt. Hood passes are snowy or closed, we route US-97 N to Biggs Junction, then I-84 W through the Columbia Gorge. Adds 30 minutes but avoids chains and closures.
US-20 West to I-5 via Albany
US-20 W from Bend through Sisters and over Santiam Pass to Albany, then I-5 N to Portland. Another winter option when both US-26 and US-97/I-84 are compromised.

Special Travel Needs — Bend to PDX Done Right
Bend is 165 miles from PDX with mountain passes, winter conditions, and gear that rideshare can’t handle. Here’s how we cover what others can’t.
Ski & Snowboard Gear
Returning from Mt. Bachelor or heading to PDX with full ski gear? Skis, snowboards, boot bags, and helmets ride in the cargo at no extra charge.
Mountain Bikes, Golf Clubs & Kayak Paddles
Mountain bikes, golf bags, fishing rods, kayak paddles, and camping gear — Bend travelers carry gear that rideshare trunks can’t fit.
Why PDX Instead of Redmond Airport (RDM)?
RDM has limited routes and premium fares. PDX offers every major airline at lower fares. A $550 shuttle to PDX often saves more than the RDM fare premium.
