What’s Included in Every Wine Tour Booking
Every wine tour runs on the same standard — whether it’s a 3-winery afternoon in the Dundee Hills or a full-day 5-stop crawl through Eola-Amity and McMinnville.

Your Wineries, Your Pace
You pick the wineries or we suggest a route based on your tastes. Either way, it’s your schedule — stay longer at a vineyard you love, skip one that doesn’t hit, add a lunch stop on the fly.
Flat-Rate Day Pricing
Your tour is quoted flat for the day. Drive between 3 wineries or 6 — the price doesn’t change. No per-mile charges on gravel vineyard roads, no surge on the drive home.
Wine Storage Space
Every tour vehicle has cargo space and cooler access for bottles and cases. Buy a case at Domaine Drouhin and another at Sokol Blosser — it all rides safely back to Portland with you.
Door-to-Door From Portland
We pick you up at your exact address in Portland and deliver you home at the end of the day. No meeting point, no park-and-ride, no driving to a staging lot.
Everyone Drinks
The whole point of a wine tour is that nobody drives. Your driver handles every mile so everyone in the group can taste, pour, and enjoy without calculating who’s sober enough for Highway 99.
Wine Tour Rates
All tours are quoted flat for the day based on hours, vehicle, and pickup location. No per-mile charges between wineries, no mileage overages on gravel vineyard roads. Additional passengers: +$10/person.

Wine Tour Transportation Services We Provide
One afternoon or a multi-day wine country weekend — we cover everything from a casual couples’ tasting to a 14-person bachelorette crawl, all under one flat quote.
Private Willamette Valley Day Tours
Our most-booked wine service. Portland to Willamette Valley, 3–5 wineries at your pace, lunch in Dundee or McMinnville, and a flat-rate drive home. You choose the wineries or we build the route based on your preferences.
Bachelor & Bachelorette Wine Country Crawls
Sprinter van for the whole crew. Multi-stop tastings through the Dundee Hills and Carlton, vineyard picnic lunch, and a late-afternoon return to Portland. Your group drinks, your driver handles every stop.
Anniversary & Couples’ Vineyard Experiences
Black sedan or SUV for two. A slow-paced 3-winery afternoon in the Chehalem Mountains or Dundee Hills, lunch at The Painted Lady or Red Hills Market, and a scenic drive home through wine country.
Corporate Wine Country Team Building
Multi-vehicle team outings to Willamette Valley vineyards. NET30 billing, one coordinator, and a curated route designed for client entertainment or company bonding. Your team bonds, not navigates.
Wedding Weekend Wine Tours
Wine country runs for your wedding weekend — rehearsal dinner group to a Dundee Hills vineyard, out-of-town guest day-trip, or day-after brunch shuttle to McMinnville. Combined with your wedding shuttle booking under one account.
Portland Urban Winery Tours
Portland has 30+ urban wineries within city limits. We run multi-stop tours through the SE Industrial District tasting rooms and Pearl District wine bars — no Highway 99 needed, all within Portland.
How Your Wine Tour Works
This is where rideshare and rental cars fail in wine country — no Uber at a Dundee Hills vineyard at 4 PM, and nobody wants to be the sober driver. Here’s how we run it instead.

Step 1 — Tell Us Your Group Size, Preferred Wineries & Date
Send us your date, headcount, and winery preferences — or tell us what you like (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, sparkling, natural) and we’ll suggest a route through the right AVAs.
Step 2 — We Pick You Up at Your Portland Door and Drive to Wine Country
Your driver arrives at your home, hotel, or Airbnb in Portland. The drive to Dundee Hills is 35–45 minutes via Highway 99W — scenic, not highway.
Step 3 — Your Driver Stages at Each Winery While You Taste
At each stop, your driver parks in the vineyard lot and waits. Stay 30 minutes or 90 — your pace. Wine purchases go straight in the vehicle. Your driver handles the between-winery drives on gravel and rural roads.
Step 4 — Lunch in Wine Country, Then Home to Portland Before Dark
Most groups lunch at Red Hills Market in Dundee, Thistle in McMinnville, or a vineyard kitchen. After your last pour, your driver takes the group home door-to-door.

Willamette Valley Wine Regions We Serve
We drive to every sub-appellation in the Willamette Valley. Each region produces distinct wines from different soils and elevations — your driver knows the back roads to all of them.
Chehalem Mountains AVA
Closest wine region to Portland — 25 minutes to the first tasting room. Three distinct soil types produce diverse Pinot Noir styles. Ideal for first-time visitors who want world-class wine without a long drive.
Yamhill-Carlton AVA
Ancient marine sedimentary soils and the charming town of Carlton, where a dozen tasting rooms line Main Street. Walk between rooms while your driver stages — no vineyard driving needed.
Eola-Amity Hills AVA
Cool Van Duzer Corridor winds and volcanic soils produce structured, age-worthy Pinot Noir. Further from Portland (60 minutes) but worth the drive for serious wine drinkers.
McMinnville AVA
Uplifted marine sediments and the walkable downtown McMinnville food scene. Pair tastings with lunch at Thistle, Community Plate, or La Rambla before driving home.
Ribbon Ridge AVA
Oregon’s smallest AVA tucked inside Chehalem Mountains. Only 30 vineyards, maximum intimacy. These are appointment-only tasting rooms — we help you plan access in advance.
Portland Urban Wineries
30+ urban wineries within Portland city limits, including SE Wine Collective, Division Winemaking Company, and Coopers Hall. No Highway 99 needed — multi-stop tasting tour without leaving the city.

We’ve driven to 200+ Willamette Valley wineries. These are the ones our passengers book most — and the lunch spots that pair best with a day in wine country.
Domaine Drouhin Oregon

Sokol Blosser Winery
Certified B Corp winery with hilltop views and the Cellar Club tasting experience. Farm-and-forage pairings available seasonally.
Ponzi Vineyards
The closest premier winery to Portland. Italian-inspired tasting room with estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Perfect for half-day tours or a first stop before heading deeper into the valley.
Archery Summit
Underground cave tours and reserve-level Pinot Noir. Book the cave experience in advance — your driver stages in the hilltop lot while you’re underground.
Domaine Serene
Luxury estate with a members’ clubhouse open to visitors by reservation. One of Oregon’s highest-rated Pinot Noir producers.
Ken Wright Cellars
Tasting room on Carlton’s Main Street. Walk between Ken Wright and five other Carlton rooms while your driver stages on the street — no vineyard driving needed.
Cristom Vineyards
Biodynamic farming and Van Duzer Corridor winds. Worth the extra 20 minutes from Dundee for serious Pinot drinkers.
Red Hills Market
The most popular lunch stop between tastings. Wood-fired pizza, sandwiches, and a curated Oregon wine list. Your driver stages in the parking lot on Highway 99W.
Thistle Restaurant
Seasonal tasting menus from local farms. Book for a late lunch or early dinner after your last winery stop — McMinnville’s finest table.
The Allison Inn & Spa
Willamette Valley’s luxury resort. We deliver wine tour guests to The Allison for an overnight stay and return the next morning for day two — or drive the group back to Portland.
What Makes Our Wine Tour Transportation Different From a Tour Company
We’re not a guided tour company — we’re your private driver. No scripts, no fixed itinerary, no 30-person bus. Here’s what that means.
No Fixed Itinerary
Group tour buses run a set schedule. With us, skip a winery that’s overcrowded, add one your server recommended, or extend lunch by an hour. Your driver adjusts on the fly.
No Tour Guide Script
You don’t need a narrator reading tasting notes. The winemakers and tasting room staff are the experts — we just get you there and back safely.
Wine Case Storage & Cooler Space
Buy 2 cases or 6 — they ride home with you in climate-appropriate storage. No shipping fees, no waiting 3 weeks for delivery, no risk of heat damage.
Multi-Day Wine Country Itineraries
Overnight at The Allison Inn, Black Walnut Inn, or Atticus Hotel in McMinnville. We drop you off on day one and return the next morning for day two — or drive you home.

Private Wine Tour Driver vs. Guided Tour Bus vs. Renting a Car — Which Fits Your Group?
Three ways to do wine country from Portland. Only one lets you change your plan mid-day, skip a crowded room, and have everyone in the group drink.
Guided Tour Bus
Group tour buses hit 3 wineries on a fixed schedule with 25–40 people you don’t know. You get 20 minutes per stop, can’t add a winery, and leave when the bus leaves — not when you’re ready.
Renting a Car
One person plays designated driver on narrow gravel vineyard roads they’ve never seen. They spit at every tasting, miss the experience, and navigate Highway 99W after a long day. That’s not a wine tour — that’s a chore with views.
Private Driver
Your driver picks you up at your Portland door, handles every vineyard road, stages at every stop, and brings everyone home safely with their wine. No fixed schedule, no designated driver, no strangers.
